Plan around the job this sign needs to do
Share photographs of the site or existing sign, the information that changes most often, and the people responsible for updates. Consider the permanent identification and the electronic message as parts of one system.
Decisions that shape the result
- Electronic display integration
- Single and double-sided layouts
- Existing-sign and new-sign project review
A planning note for Irmo
For digital communication, appoint an update owner and agree on the content approval process. Include responsibility for expired offers and outdated event notices in the handoff.
Bring the site and design together
Provide building or site photos, the available sign space, and the message your audience should notice first. Identify existing structures or signs that may be reused or replaced. Your quote should describe the sign, installation scope, artwork status, and desired schedule as one project.
